Former HS teacher here - as long as you make up the work and pass the exams, feel free. But don't ask for extensions or other considerations - you made the choice, you take responsibility and accept any consequences.

I agree. I thought this 15- minute rule was going to be about spending 15-minutes a week/day talking over issues with your significant other so that small issues don't become large issues. That makes more sense than trying to stop yourself in the middle of a heated argument.

Here's why they call it a P-trap. The P fell down. It's more of a question-mark trap, really, but calling it a ?-trap would probably just invite more confusion.

It's an S-trap if the drain piping after the trap goes vertical (down). It's a P-trap if that piping instead goes horizontal (into the wall). It's the same concept as far as the trap itself is concerned.

I use those as well, except mine look like hedgehogs. I think I got them from Bed, Bath, and Beyond and have been using them for over a year. Both of their noses fell off, other than that they're still in good shape, though I do occasionally "lose" one in my shirt sleeve.
