Oh sure, sure... books AND friends. Way to humblebrag (this is actually humor, please do not interpret this as me being a bitch).

I have observed that my reading habits have dwindled significantly since getting a smart phone. I’ve also transitioned from physical books to a tablet as an e-reader.

My distraction during elementary school was Hardy Boys. I would borrow a book from the school library and rush through my assignments in order to have more time to read. This angered one of my teachers to such a degree that he prohibited me from bringing non-curriculum books into the classroom.

Biden’s comment was puerile and pure Joe. He just can’t stop making stupid statements but he gives you that Biden Smile™ and suddenly you forget what a fucking moron he can be.

I hadn’t even really considered the problems as they relate to the military behind enforcing the Sokovia Accords, that’s a really great point!

We always have a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s in the fridge.

My apologies, I thought you were actually asking why I would encourage people to keep Facebook as that’s what my original post discussed. I didn’t realize you were merely trying to supply a witty one-liner on your way out the door.

‘Need’ is a rather subjective word isn’t it? Do you or I (or anyone) need Facebook? Is it essential to our being? No, of course not.

My husband and I have a savings account that we set aside a fixed amount per week for a buffer / emergency fund / laughable goals of retirement. We also have (and I cannot advocate this one enough) an online account with Ally.

Language is extremely important here. What I presume Mendelson wanted to convey is that the extreme success of Black Panther will be hard for other movies this year to measure up to. The words he uses, however, make it come across as though he is blaming Black Panther for a lack of creativity from, and an impending

“Just be Smarter” is exactly what I advocate.

While reading this article I was trying to remember back to past Zelda titles and how chests were handled. Perhaps I am misremembering but I seem to recall that it used to be something like this:

I don’t really have a horse in this race (before this article I wasn’t even aware Idol had been rebooted... and I mean Katy vs Swift is like asking if you want Barbie or Skipper) but... is this really the best throne from which to throw stones Katy?

It is one of the few Marvel films where I was keenly aware of how long the film ran.

I am not disputing that there is not a given reason for why Steve and Tony are fighting at the airport. I am arguing that the plot element created to allow that fight makes no sense.

The dispute between Steve, Tony, and Bucky is very well done.

I would probably place Civil War on my list of least-favorites (alongside the Iron Man sequels). The movie just didn’t do a good job of providing a reason for the fracture.

(Popular Japanese YouTuber Shibatar points out, it didn’t appear that TkyoSam made the clip with malicious intent.

Sacking people until he found someone willing to fire the special counsel investigating him was what cemented Nixon’s impeachment. Trump might be stupid enough to repeat history, but I doubt the people surrounding him are willing to allow that to happen.

That would make for a terribly dull film though... at least insofar as Black Panther is an action film, not necessarily an origins story. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some more world-building in the deleted scenes though... and if I recall the original cut was over 4 hours long so there ought to be plenty of
