Beat me to it.
I was relieved to learn the headline was discussing two completely separate topics.
I can’t be given credit for this thought, yet I forgot which user posted it on another article the other day. The absolute worst part of this Rolling Stone fabrication and the fall out is that it makes sexual assault victims even LESS likely to report them. There is no incentive to do so. Rolling Stone is being made a…
Absolutely. Talk about an underrated way to build lean muscle. I literally did a Google search for "body weight exercises" and there are tons of websites with the "best 50 exercises" and stuff (I won't link to them here as I'm sure this website has done articles on them in the past). It's such an easy way to build…
I would imagine he/she is separating themselves from the Google University Attorneys found all over the web.
Thank you for addressing weight training in this article. I see lots of overweight people trying to lose weight by doing only cardio. It works for a lot of people, and that's great. But many of those people are the same ones that end up with lots of loose skin. One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was when I…
“Yeah, stick to one and you can still get hired by ESPN.” - R. Lewis (allegedly)
Wow, they really have updated that place.
That really wasn't as gross or weird as I thought it was going to be. Am I a bad person?
Somebody better warn Google Maps.
Oh, how the mighty have fallen, Mariotti.
I lived in San Francisco for two years. I had a buddy who dated a girl that lived in Hawaii and she would always come visit him for his birthday. Each year he said they didn't care what they did, but he HAD to go to Olive Garden. SMDH. People, man.
Garth Brooks just today announced four additional (now six total) shows in Omaha and I'm posting this link to anyone that updated their FB status about getting tickets. This is the only thing people should care about in the music industry today. I'm a giant troll.
Yes, this is great information. Another word people rarely consider when trying a new "diet" is SUSTAINABILITY. I love the anecdote above - if you're miserable, you're more likely to gain it back. I couldn't have said it better myself.
This guy is the fucking man.
Don't be afraid of carbs as long as they're coming from actual food (whole grains, vegetables, etc.). I've been losing weight and gaining muscle with a 50/30/20 carbs/fat/protein split. Carbs will give you natural energy and help you work harder and recover quicker.
Be aware that many (if not MOST) pre-workout supplements contain caffeine. I don't drink any pop, coffee, etc. and when I tried these, I felt like I was going to jump through the roof. Then, when I stopped using them (personal decision), I got bad aches for the first few days. I won't say they don't work - it's all…
Yep. I try and add them wherever I can. Those Steamfresh bags are very helpful when I don't feel like cutting up a bunch of Brussels sprouts or broccoli.
Why do I have to offer an alternative to "ignoring BMI"? It's a bogus statistic that many studies have rendered absolutely meaningless.
