It's true that there's a lot of bad sandwich fixings available, but they're not the only ones available. And the people who are eating sandwiches made out of substandard lunchmeat and fake cheese aren't going to replace them with high quality alternatives when eating non-sandwiches. They're just going to eat them in

Actually, AI's generated a fair number of platinum selling artists, but they're 1. not necessarily their season's winner, and 2. tend to do well in specific sub-genres, especially country.

In all seriousness, I'm not convinced that a diet consisting largely of sandwiches is necessarily a bad thing. The average well constructed sandwich will have a grains, meats, dairy, vegetables, and a smattering of fats/oils. Sounds like a balanced diet to me.

I've started Persona 3 at least three times, and I've highly recommended it to people in the past. But I've never actually finished a playthrough. I was thinking that maybe it's time for try number four...

I'm sorry to break this to you, but you're more than just slightly behind the times. I've never been much of a video gamer, but I was introduced to RPGs in my first year of college and it's the only genre I've played consistently since. I've only ever known them by that term (and its subgenres, such as JRPGs and

This is the best news I've heard this week!

It's nice to see that long list of "Any ethnicity"s.

This makes no sense. Why should she be obligated to go to elaborate lengths to hide her wedding from people who aren't invited? If she wants, she should be able to have a 300 guest wedding with the largest announcement the local paper will allow you to print. If they're not invited, call the cops to have them arrested

Huh. I've never heard of issues with eggs before, but Google is telling me that Egg allergy is one of the most common allergies in the world (albeit in children). I've always thought of them as super safe and easy to digest.

I haven't a clue what the actual chemical is that my body dislikes, so I have no idea why it works this way, either. Science has never been my strong point. Maybe it's only present in the flesh itself?

I'm mildly allergic to fresh grapes. Not raisins, not wine, not even grape juice, but just plain grapes. Fortunately, I never have to try to explain this at restaurants because they're rarely in anything other than fruit or waldorf salads, and super obvious when they are.

I did my work study at my university's ceramics library (which covered both ceramic art and engineering). Because of my job, I saw a lot of exactly what was required of both types of ceramic students. I also roomed with art majors for two years. In my experience, the relative workloads, as measured in raw hours, went:

That seems pretty iffy to me. If English's tonal patterns are irritating to French ears, shouldn't German's be as well? Or Dutch? And wouldn't, say, a Spaniard find it just as irritating? Most languages have close relatives with similar features.

No problem! :)

There's a link in my previous comment - it just isn't obvious because we're in the greys.

Surely Alex Rider deserves some bonus points for being only 14 when he's blackmailed by the head of MI6 into taking over his deceased uncle's failed mission. Not to mention the conditions he's consistently forced to work under, which give the general impression that MI6 would really prefer he not make it home alive

He should have been number 6 on the list.

Casting Dylan O'Brien is the only possible way to make me excited about a Peter Parker Spiderman. I love Teen Wolf for (or despite) what it is, but he's by far the best part of the show.

It happens. The only reason I don't watch Person of Interest is that James Caviezel's voice freaks me out.
