I feel my joking off the late-90s steroid era in baseball may have been too oblique here.

“They’re the U.S.Avengers, it’s a team of American-themed superheroes.”
As an ethical stance about not letting writers harm themselves to produce reviews, it would carry more weight if it had been consistently applied over the years. Everyone has been happy to look the other way while critics were using PEDs to slam out reviews as we cheered them on. You think Ignatiy knocks out…
It is gloriously apropos that a movie featuring Illyana Rasputin has been stuck in Limbo for years.
There’s a non-zero chance the first theater that tries to show it is going to be sucked into a black hole.
“My Changli is bi-curious”
Couple of thoughts:
I have heard of ketchup on pierogies. If I’ve seen it, I’ve blanked it out of my memory like a lost weekend.
“Just ignore it” isn’t the critical, independent thinking mantra you think it is.
America definitely does not have “giant crowded cities.” Are they unaffordable? Yes. Are some of them giant, as in they take up a lot of land? Yes. Are they particularly dense? No. Our cities, with the exception of New York and maybe San Francisco, are laughably not dense.

We are seeing local Nextdoor and Facebook posts trying to organize class “pods” for kids doing the hybrid option to go somewhere during their virtual days. My wife noted that most of them are saying “don’t mind if your kids don’t go to the same school, we can work with the varying cirriculums.”
I just keep my $200ks in little wads tucked into the pockets of my back-of-the-closet/don’t-know-when-I’ll-wear-these-again tuxedos for safe keeping.
Just want to reiterate that there is NOTHING in the ADA itself that allows you to enter a place with mask requirements maskless. I just have to accommodate you...not let you in. I CAN accommodate you by offering you curbside service. So yes, I can say “give me your list and I will pick the items from the shelf, run…
