When I started buying most of my clothes online is when I finally took the time to take all of my measurements and start buying to the size chart. The number size might lie, but the size chart is usually right or pretty close. (Disclaimer: websites selling a bunch of different brands and don’t necessarily have the

Postal worker should probably carry one of those “potentially dangerous” warnings. It’s pretty infamous for its back and repetitive motion injuries and its high stress.

When you use the reply function, your message is broadcast only to people who happen to follow you both.

The part I’m puzzling over is that 95% of the time and work is in hard boiling and cleanly peeling and cleanly splitting the eggs. The deviling/smooshing part, and then the spooning back in part, occupy less than a minute total. As long as I have already hard boiled eggs on hand, deviled eggs is my “last minute

Well, this was a nice ego boost - a 99 on Skill, and my second guess brought the pool down to just one word (which I got).

I’ve never found an alternative program that I have any trust in, including RandySpade’s MediaMonkey recommendation, which IIRC eventually corrupted that copy of my library because it couldn’t handle the size. (It was the free version, admittedly.) iTunes sucks and I don’t spend any substantial time in it, mostly for

The biggest problem with this list is that with a few exceptions (Runaway Bride, for instance), it shows had how poor an indicator box office take is as a measure of perceived quality. It’s not just that many of them are bad. It’s that many of them were widely acknowledge by the viewing public as being not great even

I mean, what else does he have to do in there? His wifi is probably shitty that far underground.

I had forgotten that it was Tatiana Maslany who was playing her, and didn’t recognize her at all when I watched the footage earlier. Which, of course, is entirely on brand for Tatiana.

Personally, misanthropic-but-single-dad-of-a-giant-family Batman is my jam, and has been since Tim Drake was a wee Robin (so early 90s, I guess). That’s the nice part of so much history and so many simultaneous titles - there’s a canon Batman for everyone.

Huh. I was so sure that this was a mini-series that I got all of the way through the review still thinking that it was one. Oddly, this makes me more likely to actually watch it; I’m already more than two seasons behind on Castlevania, I wasn’t chomping at the bit to add another gory animated horror series to the queue

I’m a single parent of a six month old, so to see this in theaters I’d need to pony up $60 bucks or so for a babysitter, even before getting to the part where I’d be paying that plus another $12 for the privilege of marinating in other people’s virus-laden breath for a couple of hours before taking it home to her. I

Some poor dev finally got an afternoon to work on their backlog of bugs, and this is the thanks they get.

Am I alone in that I genuinely never think about it? I don’t generally wear shoes at home, but that’s because I don’t really like wearing shoes. In the very rare occasion I have a guest in the house, it’s never once crossed my mind to look to see if they had any on. I’m kind of oblivious, though.

They’ve been promising that that online portal mentioned in the last paragraph will let you add them and change your filing status. I just had my first kid in 2021 so I’ve been keeping an eye out for it.

I would try to use the Get My Payment tool if it’s still open. It was supposed to allow you to add a bank account.

Maybe it was the Commissioner Gordon mention, but early parts of this trailer did seem to have a Batman:TAS feel to it.

Not to be a Whedon apologist or anything, but that’s true of most showrunners. Movies tend to have a relatively set timeframe attached - maybe a movie is made quickly, or maybe they’re an Avatar sequel. But when it’s done, it’s done. A successful show tends continue indefinitely, like Supernatural’s 5 year story that
