I had a teal early 90's Tempo.... only redeeming quality had v6... but only a 3 speed transmission! ha ha.... that thing could move though torque steer was god awful.

I daily drive e39 525 touring and in the summer a e46 330 convertible... Yep these cars are full of follies... But I wouldn’t trade them for ANYTHING modern. The sound of those straight six’s does it for me every drive.

I have a disks....I know where they are... my e46 will wear the Jalopnik sticker with pride. This totally made my day.

It’s actually 263K for the Viper - 200k is for the sedan they had displayed. I echo my Jalops... this thing looks worse in person than in pics—263k for a viper with kit car aesthetics. Somebody’s sniffing too much blow...

I didn’t realize how big of boat this was. Very impractical for the civilian -draft has to be 20' or so but can't imagine plowing through big waves at 30knots - that sounds like a blast.

RIGHT! As an Accord owner with 170K and of those miles NOTHING has broken. My e39 with 100K... EVERYTHING has broken. I swear rovers and bmw’s were sown from the same cloth.

I spent many years in the rear facing seat of the Ford variant.... thing was bullet proof and for the time period looked awesome. This was also the car I learned to drive in... backed into our 1956 Massey Harris Tractor at speed with nary a dent or a scratch. LOVED THAT CAR.....

Drove the range extender version for a week- definitely has it's quirks. Received a speeding ticket in a small town while driving- cop didn't even know what it was.

I reserved at the $100 “refunable” level which puts me behind the folks that put down $250 and up. I’m still waiting for my number on where I’ll be in the initial release IF I even am. There’s over 47k reservations. Who knows how this is actually going to play out. I’ll keep the jalops posted.
