The production pause was a wise move. I wouldn’t want a truck built during that week in Detroit.

It’s likely because it was intentional. Shit like this is done when companies/organizations want to maliciously comply rather than actively work to finalize deals.

That’s just weird.

Because a lot of americans have little dick energy and need a big electric truck.

Here’s my take on the ‘Border Issue’. I was just in Texas last week, drove from Mobile, AL to El Paso, TX. Spent 2 nights in Marfa and for a whole day we drove from Marfa, through both Big Bend parks State/National.

If they are really concerned about the border, why aren’t they calling their senators and representatives to pass the bipartisan border security bill that the speaker has said he will not even bring up for a vote....

oh, right

Even better, he fails to realize that most of his customers/early adopters/beta testers were basically those same people he’s railing against.

Those aero wheel covers were on the concept car in 2019. Avoiding contact with the sidewall is something I would expect a competent company to have figured out years ago. That truck only has “a couple thousand miles” on it.  What other shortcuts were made to rush this thing out the door?

1st Gear: In other words, selfish entitled adult man throws toys out of his pram and throws a tantrum because he can’t get his way.

Elon Musk: “I don’t like the DE ruling that favored shareholders instead of me. We need to move incorporation from DE to TX in order to favor me over shareholders!!” *

So they’ll just attempt an OTA fix, like they always do?

If Elon wants to move the incorporation out of  DE without shareholder and board approval -- and quite frankly, actually looking into the costs and benefits/pitfalls -- that’s about the biggest case of poor management I can imagine. If the board and shareholders had any reservations about giving him MORE control, this

The funny thing is how many of them say “This is why I don’t visit this site anymore.” repeatedly.

The “Take Our Border Back” convoy promised to bring 700,000 vigilantes to Eagle Pass. So far, it has a few dozen retirees.

Nothing says “Duhmerica” like a desecrated US flag duct taped to a truck hood.

Of all the scams ever pulled on the American people, linking cars to freedom has to be the biggest. Cars aren’t freedom. They’re expensive and the damage that having “Just Drive” as the default answer to every problem has caused so many more self perpetuating problems.

Surely it’s worth AT LEAST a lifetime Epic Pass, right?

Exactly. Put a handcranked horn on the side, and you don’t even need a powerline. Just crank that siren for a few minutes and bingo.

I’ve hated Elon WAY longer than he’s owned Twitter.

Well when you are led by a scatter brained twat waffle what do you expect.
