How about a modern EV swap for any electric cars from 100 years ago. EVs were being made along withe the earliest ICE cars, but the ICEs eventually won out for being much cheaper and because obviously battery technology was nowhere near where it needed to be in order to be competitive.

I could not find anything stating that he told Musk ti kill himself, including in summaries of the case, which one would think Musk’s team would have most certainly highlighted. He did say that Musk should stick his sub where the sun don’t shine, which hardly equates to “kill yourself” and I agree with his statement…
