I feel for this girl. I went with a date to my junior prom, and he creeped me the f*ck out the whole time. So for senior prom I went alone, in a dress I made myself, and had a great time!

And another thing: I'm watching One Direction on SNL (I'm behind) and I just don't get it. They're cute, they sing, they strut across a stage okay (that is NOT dancing), but they have problems dressing themselves. Shirts too tight with no undershirts, and buttoned collars with no ties? WTF is that?? Is that a thing

Yeah, Rosie was far too passionately loud about Lohan this morning. It was really bizarre. It was 8:20am for crying out loud, and she exploded out of nowhere. You could tell Lauer was like, "Crap, I really lobbed that grapefruit in there. How to steer her now...?" He tried, but she's tough to steer. Loud and blindly

Wow. I agree with Snooki? this is weird. Am I the only one that remembers that bad things happen on 4/20? I must be the only one on Twitter to remember Columbine. THAT is why this is a holiday. Yes, I'm a Debbie Downer, but I'm okay with that. Frickin' potheads.....

So what is up with 15 year olds and their "throwback Thursdays?" What are they throwing back TO???

I saw this on Zachary Levi's twitter feed. I have a feeling he's about to get a resurgence of customers. ;)

I got my first grey at 16, and in the ensuing 15 years, it's brought a lot of friends. I think when it goes mostly white, I'll start dying it crazy colors, since I won't have to strip it first. In the meantime, I'm dying all but two streaks, so I can look like a superhero or some shit.

I f*cking love that woman.

Emily Nussbaum just tweeted her Aunt Jennifer's Tigers, and I am now a fan. It took one poem, and now I'm hooked. I'm off to Amazon to track down all of her stuff!

NOT to mention, it takes a long-ass time to make one of those hats! We'll be generous and say she was up all night. Call it 5 hours before she gave up. That wouldn't even have shaped the crown! And why doesn't she just come out and say, "I don't know how to make a flippin' HAT! I can't even make a ballcap, or one of

And before Emma went to Storybrooke, she was a bounty hunter. They've said nothing about her having odd jobs, stuff she stayed at for 3 months and then left or something. Then, i'd believe that she spent some time sewing or something. This is just odd.

I am amused that she made a magic hat like millinery's not hard. There were no hat blocks in the room, no steamer, milliner's wire? Apparently, in Storybrooke, making a Regency top hat is surprisingly simple.

Yes, it was uneven in its storytelling, and I would have liked to have seen more character relationship development/history, but I thought it was going places. They did throw a lot of horror standards in the first season (dolls are creepy, children are creepy, zombies, general unexplained phenomena), but there's more

I liked it too! I liked the "horror trope of the week" aspect. I agree with the article on character development, and seeing the relationships and normal interactions more, but it was really fun!

And yet...nothing is swollen. This bugs me. If you want the bruises and the black eyes, go for the gold, man! You want to look like you were in a fight, let's not forget the goose eggs. And squinty eye. The steak is to keep the swelling down, dammit! That steak is fighting no swelling, no how!!

This makes me so flipping happy, I can't stand it. uh oh, here goes....SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

my heart has been wrenched.

Nice! I was killed by a literal manifestation of teen angst. What a sweet way to go.

I remember that! Gotta love knockoff brands. I'm glad we have cameraphones to document the great ones now.
