Not eat it because I wouldn’t like it, but I would’t write 1,500 words to convince other people not to eat that ONE particular ham sandwich.

The trolling level is off the charts. I’m laughing so much at this whole story. It’s so funny because in her video she’s crying about how all she wanted to do is visit that beautiful area and she emailed the gorgeous hotels in the area offering the exposure. This is literally the location section on the hotel’s…
The White Moose Cafe owner, Paul Stenson, is the dude who previously banned vegans (for being douches) and he isn’t the least bit bothered by some shitstorm this stupid little vlogger has stirred up. I mean, come on, he took on vegans.
It’s been my experience that, generally speaking, anyone that says “I’m not that kind of person” usually is. They just don’t want to admit it.
What bullying? The hotel owner posted his response with her name and identifying information redacted and proceeded to rip her a new one (and rightly so, I believe).
Team Hotel. Not team self-entitled blogger asshole.
At 00:00:10 seconds into her YouTube response:
“If there’s anything we can agree about, it’s that this is a fight where no one emerged looking particularly great.”
You forgot to mention the fact that the hotel owner didn’t identify Elle Darby in his public posts, and it was Darby who posted that video and outed herself. Also, the hotel owner is right.
Yeah, she’s really, really bad at taking something that is a legit criticism of the system...and then somehow turning it so that she looks bad/petty/nasty.
I’m not going to go as far as you, but I’m starting to believe all of these reports of her being “difficult” aren’t some kind of sexist attack. Maybe she’s just a really nasty person to deal with in real life. I can believe that. It comes through in her comedy.
So, Lee Daniels is super problematic...but maybe he is right about Mo’Nique? Like, maybe this isn’t how you deal with every bad deal?
Because now, the Braydens of the world will drunkenly ask to fingerblast the Caytlyns of the world BEFORE shoving their stubby digits in there, and the confessionals will only have to deal with how terrible Brayden was at it, not how terrible Brayden is as a person. Baby steps, sure, but baby steps in the right…
This is a no for me. Mo’Nique and her PR team messed up here. Mo’Nique has none of the household name recognition as the three people she was comparing herself to. Before their deals with netflix, Rock and Chapelle’s earlier work were evergreen sources of chuckles for large swathes of pop culture (including the…
She got offered a raw deal. I am not dropping Netflix because she walked away from a bad deal. She didn’t like and and didn’t take it. Asking people to boycott because you didn’t get paid should not be a negotiating tactic against a company that does not have to offer you a deal in the first place.
I haven’t finished the 4th season of Black Mirror. So... no
“there’s no reason to pay her so much less than Wahlberg, whose commercial prospects have been declining so sharply he was named Forbes’ most overpaid actor of 2017.”
I mean, there is *some* correlation between talent and pay in Hollywood, but it’s still much more of a popularity contest. This might be wrong in the sense that in a perfect world, talent would correlate perfectly with popularity.. but not in the sense that the current popularity-based pay scale is skewed incorrectly…
If this was Charlize or Scar Jo or Jennifer Lawarence or Halle Berry or even Brie Larson then this is a story. While its a pretty ridiculous gap and Michelle is most certainly the better actor, not many people are going to see a movie just because she headlines it. Unlike Marky Mark, who will draw in a million of just…
You literally list the reasons that he’s paid more then say there’s no reason he should be paid more.
