Apparently the new head over at DC in his first couple weeks asked to see everything they were doing and just shut down all but the three productions they were closest on.  Namely Wonder Woman 2, Aquaman, and Shazzam.  Flash is somewhere in there but nobody seems to know how that film is going to turn out - apparently…

How about Superman doesn’t kill because his powers have allowed him to see and hear and experience more human suffering than most other characters in his world?

There’s also a weird domestic violence dynamic sometimes. The woman, who is often physically and mentally abused by the man, will outright defend his actions, despite having concrete evidence of the contrary.  These are the cases that force me to contain my rage.  It is exceedingly frustrating and tragic. 

They don’t take action? They ignore it?

As a parent, I am looking for two things with these kind of movies-do my kids like them and are they not so horrible for me to sit through. Hotel is fine on both counts, so I look forward to a fun afternoon with the kids at this one.
