I agree. In third person games, the avatar is me, whereas first person doesn’t feel immersive at all – it feels like being shown a world through a thick pane of glass.

It might. Frankly, reading the video’s title is as close as I feel like getting. Tabloids are usually more upsetting than they are worth.

I resent this narrative that “nobody liked it”. Many people did. For my part, as well as for anyone I have actually spoken to about it, the lingering feeling is “They made another one, and it was great! Can’t wait for the sequel!”.
