Just wait’ll Hughes hears about how people on stage say all the same things as people doing the same play a thousand miles away.
Why is it eerie? The original scene was recorded, and they were able to watch it and do the same thing.
‘Hah! That was the worst move he’s ever made.’” She laughed at the memory.
The fuck kinda weird-ass hotel rooms do you stay in?
“I’m not going to kill you. I’m just going to make you need the bathroom really, really bad.”
I agree. Although, the “audiences these days are just too darned sensitive” isn’t completely wrong. How many films, shows, songs, etc. are supposedly rubbish now that we look at them through 2018 eyes?
Consider the concept rephrased like so:
I mean, he’s not wrong. This article, particularly the headline, makes it seem at first like Carell is making a “audiences these days are just too darned sensitive” statement like Jerry Seinfeld or Chris Rock.
Brett’s Shark Tank pitch must have been accepted.
That’s a cool bike helmet he’s wearing in that pic, though.
Yes.
I like him a lot because he seems like an intelligent, rational, yet still wildly funny and interesting full-grown adult. Rare commodity these days.
Ten-plus years ago, I used to see him all the time at the Hollywood YMCA gym, in days of yore when I used to work out regularly. I always wanted to say hi but he has Resting Don't Talk To Me face.
I have no doubt that the GOP base was energized by the specter of a man facing consequences. But it’s also only October 9, and the election is a month away. I think incandescent rage has a longer staying force than righteous harrumphing.
Yeah it’s irritating. It’s really not even so much that Wall Street “likes” the Democrats as much as they worry that they will suffer if the Democrats are in power. They LIKE the Republicans, and frankly are just issuing threats/sucking up to the Democrats.
And then when the wheels do fall off, no consequences!
Wall Street makes bets all the time; this is just another trade.
Almost as exhausting as comments critiquing comments.
“They don’t do colleges because their fees are too high for colleges to afford.”
