But she’s the smartest one of the kids and by far. She’s the one her father sends to do the shadiest of deals- the other two are just the public facing dolts who do the super easy, low-level crimes. She’s just really savvy so nobody is aware of what she’s capable of. If she wasn’t a pretty blonde with the manners of

Why IS carpeted floors in vehicles even a thing? I’d never even thought about this before.

Fuck Tony Stewart and those of you who support him. Five, yes five, race cars managed to pass Kevin Ward without hitting him, except for Tony Stewart, who’s car veered towards Ward instead of away from him.

This is not at all a question of “where the engine is.” This is a question of failure analysis and terrible quality control.

Fun story: when I was looking for GM in the early 00s, I worked in the “closure group”, i.e. hatches, hoods, trunks, and doors. We worked on the first generation Cadillacs with the “Art and Science” theme, and these were the first Cadillacs to be imported to Europe in a while. Apparently, the few users in Germany

The car may have been protesting the music selection - valid critique.  But maybe Tesla can teach GM how to make a car - it’s tough when you’re just starting out.

Reminds me of Bill Hicks’ routine about the Rodney King trial:

Should’ve tried to get on Tucker Carlson instead. Because you know he’ll spin that video as irrefutable evidence of them ungrateful black monkeyshines trying to provoke a race war.

This is the most hilarious thing I’ve ever read! #ItsMarco’sYear

I wonder if this is only for baby wipes - I’ve kept a pack of Windex wipes in my glove box for years before and eventually they do dry out but it takes a while, a lot longer than a month or two. And since I’m not using them on anything except for the interior or exterior of the car I’m not super worried about growth

Dave Ramsey is a stinking pile of shit and his show is for entertainment value only. He peddles basic financial advice like “spend less than you make” and has very limited understanding of financial planning. Ramsey works the church crowd because some churches get a kickback on fees. He is a quasi-televangelist. I’d

Postal LLVs use the GM four cylinder ‘Iron Duke’ Tech IV engine that’s effectively not much different than was put into things like 80s Fieros and other GM cars. Not to tie fires to the obvious fires joke (I’ve owned plenty of Fieros so I’m... used to the heat) but those engines are not known for the most robust build

Also in the automotive news article, but not included here:

1st Gear: I can’t decide if this is supposed to be a bad thing? I mean, we all like to shit on the “stealerships”, but when you realize that most of them have very few employees, many working on comission, sitting on millions in inventory they can’t sell and razor-thin margins - I feel like that’s exactly what these

This is not a dig at your article, but the title makes me go....well, duh.

Another garbage clickbait headline. How are they pissing off “everyone possible?” Sure the factory workers who had hoped to be rehired might be disappointed, but that’s not “everyone possible.” I’m not pissed. You’re not pissed. Mrs Wilson from number 43 is not pissed. As the last paragraph clearly states, this is SOP.

Agreed. Based on how well done the Raptor is, I think Ford can make a better packaged product than Jeep. If they can make something that looks as butch and can overland like a Jeep but is refined like a Ford, they’ll have their massive hit. Using your Mustang/Camero/Challenger analogy, I think the Mustang is easily the

I know I should probably be happy that people are rediscovering the outdoors, but selfishly I just want them to go away again. The dark side of me thinks they’re a bunch of dinguses who wouldn’t go outside until it was literally their last option, and who don’t know etiquette like to pack trash out and not play music

Here in Idaho the parking lots for local camping and hiking areas are full of vehicles with license plates from Oregon, Utah, California and Washington. People that are laid off from work and living on unemployment with nothing else to do have apparently taken to road tripping and getting outdoors as much as possible.

I think they’ll poach a small amount of Jeep cross-shoppers. It happens, but I don’t think it will be half or even a quarter of existing Jeep buyers. I think most sales will be new buyers that may have considered a Jeep, but never wanted to venture into that Chrysler territory and possibly other Ford brand die-hards.
