As you stated the new car is a “nicer” car. My question is though, WHY? Why does every car have to get nicer? Why cant companies just continue to offer a car for what it is? Maybe I’m just too immature (Almost assuredly the case), but I love stupid things like this. I’d rather someone show off their lifted truck and silly butterfly doors and anything else they did and have fun, rather than say “no, you should only modify vehicles in this way or that way”.

If you closed the wheels, they would be faster. Having the wheels open just makes them look fast. Its very very very slow to have the spinning tire in the path of airflow.
