Agree, Gordon and Colin Chapman share many of the same ideas and concepts.

I love this thing, BUT I wonder if a version with a V6 or V4 and then reduced all the other stuff by 1/2 or more would create what the world really needs now. This thing will be very involving, BUT you will be over all speed limits so fast that you won’t be able to enjoy it. Lower the power and make it so you can

What impressed me was we beat on the car all day long and the temps never went up, it just kept taking it.

This was my first time driving this car, it was very easy to learn to adjust the car on throttle and I think after another event I would be totally comfortable drifting this thing.

Now playing

Corvettes are so much fun and built so robust you can beat on them all day and they just take it.

Please hire a person from a rural area to help on these articles. This take is some hard core urbanist garbage. Half the comments are hitting your mark with some liberal government can solve this problem BS.

I don’t know which is worse:

Counterpoint, that chick getting thrown into a van by unmarked police said “I love driving my stick shift” right before they rolled up and snatched her. The police are literally rounding up manual tranny lovers and taking them away.

So this is on Jalopnik why exactly? Can we get the person to write a review of the interior of the van? I am OK with some politics that relates to cars, BUT this is terrible.

Just picked huckleberries last week, unfortunately we have speed limits now :( We have fiber in town (Helena) but I would rather be outside than on the internet :)

Nope, people living outside cities are missing out on culture and having more money and spending it on housing. People should move into mega cities as fast as they possibly can.

This is because office manager is a made up job based on a business having an office.  Get rid of the office and the person who “manages” it.

But how often do these things happen? You can still own a car, just use mass transit for most trips. It is not a one or the other issue it is using the right tool for the job issue. Maybe you and a couple neighbor friends go together on a vehicle.  Just because something is different doesn’t mean it is impossible.

Talk about the biggest missed opportunity for the craziest assanation ever. Not that I think assassination is the answer, BUT the President being killed by props from his own press conference would be pretty hard to top.

Mostly sound deadening. I pulled the carpets on my Fiero and noticed 2 things.

The only logical response to this is to go buy a penny farthing. If you want an old bike to rebuild start with a really old bike. These modern double diamond frames are child’s play. What you need is a huge ass wheel ready to catapult you into the next county.

WOW I guess others were right and I am crazy. I thought people who bought 911's knew what 911s actually are. That is the craziest question I have ever seen on a car page.

I have an open offer to Seb to join our Miata race team. Immagine him club racing for a couple years, he could set every track record in multiple classes. Decades from now people would ask who is this Vettle guy? No way no F1 driver would race club Miatas.  It would be movie material!

But that narrative doesn’t sell more wipes. I keep wipes in my truck and they stay wet for as long as the travel size pack lasts. Should you keep a Costco size in your car? No. Is the travel size dam near perfect for this? yes. Buy the Costco and refill the travel.
