This is how rules change, people come they get “caught” the organizers update the rules.  Electric power is coming and I can’t wait for the race series to adopt it.  The limitation of range largely goes away on track because you know the distance and most tracks have outlets.  The issue is going to be how do you level

When I read door handle I instantly knew you were talking about SCCA :( They are the biggest pain in the ass ever.  Plus their classifications for Miatas tend to be garbage.  I am a big fan of NASAs move to a power to weight calculation for classes, it just makes sense.

You nailed it, this is not the car to teach someone how to drive.  My brother in law has one and I think when I drove it was the first time the car had been properly launched.  He bought it because he thought it was cool, but he never drove anything near this powerful before so it scared him. When I launched it he

I think they are going to trade on the Corvette brand being performance well above the price. Currently you buy a Vette and you get a car that performs like a car costing twice as much. I would expect the mid engined car to do the same, it should compete with cars costing $300K+. It costs less because the interior is

I somewhat agree. To me a Rolls is for cross town look at me travel. Bentley is for cross continent travel for pleasure.  Or the other way of looking at them is Rolls is to be a passenger, Bentley is for a driver.  To me if I am being driven I want a huge sedan that says I don’t give 2 shits about cargo capacity if I

Of all the brands to have an SUV I think Bentley makes a ton of sense.  To me they are about grand touring and that to me is covering a shit ton of miles at pace in comfort.  This thing checks those boxes easily.

I just assumed Tom Brady paid for the ad.  He is a cheater and a terrible person.

It is more of an off road ability issue than a capacity issue.

People are just buying the marketing they are sold. The car companies have sold this idea of power and height equating safety. 90% of Americans should be driving small wagons, but that conflicts with the rugged outdoors persona that we are all supposed to have because America freedom eagle.

FYI you have an open invite to the other supercar factory in America.  My garage is always open and I swear one day my Le Car project is going to be a supercar.

Problem is those cars have to drive multiple stages and the roads between them each day. The biggest issue would be crash safety, today the fuel is very protected and if something happens the car burns to the ground (happened at least twice last year). Electric car could turn into an electric chair for the driver, co

Why the rage against Acura drivers? They have a niche, maybe you are not in it but this post comes off as an angry internet troll who somehow got a job at a car website.

If you watch the Browns this year you would see why this had to happen.  There is a solid team on the field let down by insanity from the sidelines.  Give this team the right coaches and they could be 8-8.

I know that wind up is almost as long as Blake Bortles throwing a 10 yard out.

Most people buying these entry level “lux-ish” cars have no idea which wheels get the power.  I agree with everything else you said.

I approve of this.  These are fun cars that I feel people forget about when looking for track toys.  The only 370 I have ever driven had very similar mods to this without the carbon bits and it was an absolute blast.

I think it was the federal government threatening to withhold funding unless we added a limit.

Out of curiosity which race series do you drive in?

I thought everybody was aware that GM pricing is always multiplied by .8 to get to the actual price. Since their dealerships are staffed with the same sleezy salespeople who only know how to sell a vehicle if they go to their boss and beg for a price reduction.  This is why people hate buying cars, just price them

As a Steelers fan I could not agree with you more. At some point the NFL should look at moving the Steelers, Ravens, and Bengals into different divisions. The bad blood is just going to keep getting people hurt. Burfict is just James Harrison without the tackling ability.
