Typically in the sciences you go from Bachelors to a PhD program. Sometimes you go the route of a Masters first- that's what I'm doing, out of necessity, the PhD program I got into had it's budget cut so I was almost screwed until I got into my current program.

I have to wonder if the only reason he's saying this is because of his ultra-low polling numbers. He runs off publicity, and if he can start generating "good" publicity, then huzzah. Of course, like most politicians in the upper age, they seem to forget the internet is a thing and what you say/do never goes away.
