Privilege not right
You're absolutely correct. Do the math and plan ahead. Pro-creation is a luxury expense, if you can't afford it wait till you can or move along.
I hate you even more for making me laugh...
I can’t say the words fuck you loud enough to respond properly, so just use your imagination. It would be akin to using a jackhammer while standing behind a 747 while it takes off.
Damn, this is callous, but I’m glad you said it, as I agreed. Having a child is a choice, and while anyone should be able to have a kid if they want, I’m not sure why they should be able to demand they get additional benefits for doing so.
The response of the students to their meeting with school executives is embarrassing. They’re complaining about a lack of “empathy” from people that are acting professionally. These aren’t their therapists; it’s the goddamn DEAN OF THE SCHOOL..
Grieved ... sobbed ... tears ... breakdowns
They should recognize the privilege they’re being given and reject it. Take that $44k a year tuition and lift two families a year, per student, from poverty.
Whether or not it was a whitey doing the micro-aggression.
This generation certainly doesn’t lack skills in patting itself on the back, does it?
Being a student at Yale is about the biggest privilege a kid can get.
I’m not even sure if this is true. But George Washington. Thomas Jefferson. Andrew Jackson. We have slave owners on MONEY. Do we really have to go after the colleges at Yale?
Quitting your major because someone gave you bad feels about drumming - weak as shit.
Do black people ever stop complaining?
Out of curiosity, how does a person of color distinguish between someone being an asshole and someone being racist? It seems like there are a lot of terms for everyday interactions with people who might get not get along based on a myriad of things.
“a 72 percent white student body, 20 percent Asian, 9 percent black and 9 percent Latino”
No student attending Yale will ever be in the “oh, poor me” category of life.
Uhhh... racial tensions?
