When I bought my ‘17 2.5 Outback, I expected to leave with the 3.6 because of the power. In my opinion, the front suspension wasn’t setup properly for the weight. The handling was heavy and sloppy. I left with the 2.5 so I could throw it into corners better.

I have seen one year old Outbacks with an asking price higher than the MSRP of an identical new one.

Mixed. She broke half a dozen laws (at least one felony) and left me with permanent scars & pain. She didn’t get arrested due to being a minor at the time. Bitch now has a few bench warrants for not paying fines. She needs to face the consequences. On the other hand, she has almost no spare cash to better herself

I guess those that missed out are out of luck owning a special edition Jeep.  It’s not like they offered an average of three special editions per year of the JK.

I would hate to find out I owned a pre-production one. That’s worse than first model year! There is no way of knowing what parts were redesigned between when that car was built and when it went into production. It’s possible (although unlikely) that a minor repair could down the vehicle indefinitely. If they made a

Or was a full line brand, not just heavy/mid cruisers. Launch a small HD motorcycle to compete with the Honda Rebel, a standard geometry motorcycle to compete with the Triumph Bonneville, sport bikes in the standard displacements (300/650/1000) and some adventure/commuter bikes to go after that segment.

Drifting is art in the motor racing world like figure skating and ballet are to speed skating and running.

$275,000 plus interest. Running the math based off minimum wage basically means at maximum garnishment (25% of income), she will be paying me indefinitely.

Fellow Libertarian here. I believe the inverse. Driving is a privilege, therefore I have no issue with insurance being mandatory... unless you can prove you have enough net worth to be self insured. I won a lawsuit against an uninsured driver. Let me tell you, wage garnishments for the rest of her life have basically

Sometimes it isn’t just money. My family is middle class. My step brother got preferential acceptance to my college just because I graduated from there. We know it was preferential because the small scholarship they gave him was directly tied to him being my brother. My family donated nothing. I paid my bills (except

I’ve been hearing that line since his inauguration. I’m beginning to think I’m going to die of old age before before it actually happens.

Give it time.  I bet in 5-10 years people will be swapping B58s into cars that originally came with 2Jzs.

This.  Everyone wants to be first to race the new Supra.  To be competitive right away, go with a known engine rather than risk failure trying to get more power out of the B58.  Spend a year or two getting the B58 to a competitive and reliable power output, then race it.

Agree, it was “fine”. I think they messed up by casting Brie Larson. She seemed to be playing a Vulcan acting as Captain Marvel. Which translated into her not having a natural screen presence like everyone else. My comic book exposure is limited to the MCU so I don’t know if that’s an accurate portrayal of Captain

But you need to sit through all the credits to see it.  The theater I was in mostly emptied out by then.

The two hour mark for a half marathon is usually where the bulk of casual runners finish. That’s a tad slower than 9 min/mile. I fully support the “following the herd” theory. She probably didn’t realize she was getting lapped by the “normals”.

If he spent more than $10k on this, I would say the money would have been better invested in hookers and blow. But since he only has $1,500 invested, I would say that’s money and father/daughter time well spent.

The system in my Subaru claims just that.  Wont prevent a collision if operating outside the speed window but it may reduce the severity.

Thanks. 15 years and over 30,000 miles of playing in traffic on a bicycle. I look at it my accidents as more of a statistical certainty rather than bad luck.  The great irony is that I never had a wreck when I was blatantly breaking the law.  Only when I started to play by the rules did I get hit.  I drive a car

I was hit from behind while stopped in two of those collisions. Hit from behind while moving at normal traffic speed the other.  If the cars that hit me had effective forward collision avoidance tech, I likely would not have been hit. Please don’t assume you know what happened or pass judgement without knowing the
