Is the RC30 modified at all? Definitely cool but so far as I can tell it looks 100% stock

“GM’s estimated mpg for Envista is 28 city, 32 highway and 30 combined”
This is pathetic for a small vehicle with a 1.2L turbo engine.
Echoing others’ confusion on the engine choice. With efficiency being the point of the engine, I would expect better MPG than 28/32. It does look pretty good.
Looks good, but a 1.2l engine that’s MUCH smaller and less powerful than the China engine?
Hi, Steve. Long-time Jalopnik reader, here. Big fan.
The choice of photos for this article was atrocious. Who decided on these angles and truncated shots? I still can’t actually tell what this car looks like.
WTF is reason for the horrible photography that only shows 1/4 of the car in each exterior photo or is a 1/8 frame frontal?
This is an astoundingly bad take. Hatchbacks came first. Sedans are terribly impractical compared to hatchbacks. It’s nice for you that you don’t need a hatch, since you don’t like them. but there’s no logic in your argument.
Looks infinitely much better than the ID.4
“The Hellcat Durango will be a single model year run. When we turn the order books over to the ’22 model year, the Durango Hellcat will be gone. So you’ve only have one shot”
This post leaves the important bits out. From a Dodge press release:
I have to disagree, the driver threatened the officers, then reached for a firearm that after the event was on the floor on the passenger side. the only way that gun moves from his holster to the floor is if he was pulling it from the holster so this was 100% a case where the force was justified. He intended to shoot…
Yeah am I missing the line in this article that points out that the roof goes down on the Z4? I want my fun car to be fun and that includes roof down option!
This is a really misleading and in some places just wrong comment. A non-refundable tax credit has nothing to do with the amount of withholding that has already occurred at the time of filing. It is only based on the total tax obligation for a given year, regardless of the amount of withholding that has occurred.
We really need to adjust our roads if we want cyclists to actually use their bikes to commute. Take a page from the Dutch. Turn the parking lane next to the sidewalk into a protected (put in K-rails, not just bollards) bike lane and either don’t allow parking on that street, or repurpose a traffic lane as parking.…
Wow, second comment and it’s straight to being an asshole. Bravo.
The designer of this generation clearly misses their Ford Taurus.
Just have the emergency guys stop showing up. Eventually the sink hole will get filled with cars so they can just pave over it and fix it faster.
ND because it’s not going to be drivable (unless you have a private track or whatever) and being a test rig all that equipment in the boot went to random sensors drilled into parts that are going to need to be overnighted from Japan England.
I’m leaning towards NP because it is an uncommon and interesting car that moves under its own power, but I have no idea what it will be worth after you’ve poured thousands of dollars into completing it. I’d love to see what someone with the time and money to bring it up to snuff could do with it though!
