Yup, every time gas just gets expensive I just move closer to everything and get a job that I can walk to.

It really does baffle me. I remember when the Stinger came out and I went to seriously check one out and the hoops they wanted for me to test drive let alone how they were trying to charge an ADM. It’s a good reason why the Stinger basically died off.

Kia dealers are going to kill Kia. It’s one reason I won’t consider one. It’s been that way for a long time, but traditionally, Kia dealers catered to people who were either dead-set on a value-oriented product, or people who had no choice. Those people weren’t too picky about the experience. Now that they have cars

They started out by selling absolutely bottom level, hyper cheap, badly built cars with huge warranties.

These actions aren’t exclusive to the EV6, Kia dealers are always trying to pull this crap.

Even though I could never afford it (obviously) I think this is ridiculously awesome. I feel like Jalopnik currently has the biggest disconnect in terms of how writers see their takes being received, and what their actual reading audience is. Most of us like to see cool stuff, especially if it was repurposed like this.

Hot take: I really like the new Kia logo. Maybe it’s just me, but I like it’s simplicity.

even if it is a stripped-down Model 3 in the end

For a collector or admirer of what are now classic Ferrari’s a Civic Type R no matter how much faster or safer is completely irrelevant and is a car that would never live up to the aesthetic or admiration of the older car.  In this arena performance compared to a new car is way down the list if considered at all.

Door cards tend to be a phoned-in aspect of car design. Then there’s this. I’ll just hang it on my wall, please. ND on the car.

A mini-Testarossa for $55,500!!!! The 80's kid in me is looking under the seat cushions and gazing outside at the money tree hoping I can scrap enough together to get this dream car.

I genuinely hope somebody with their own shop or garage mechanic shops picks it up and gets it working again. It’s a good looking car, and I love these old Merc drop tops.

My comment about the wheels wasn’t so much about the wheels themselves, but about the person who thinks those wheels are a good idea.

I love looking at things like this through the lens of a typical American sports fan. Imagine if the Yankees basically owned the Rays and just traded the top Rays prospects up to the main squad (Yankees) all while sharing their scouting and analytics. Yet the equivalent is the MO in F1....just so weird too think of in

So what you are all saying is that the modifications made to this Jag... make you see red?

The wheels, water bottle, wording in the copy all point to

ok but that actually looks fantastic

The overall tone of the ad, the wording makes me hesitate. On the face of it, seems like it should be a NP, but the seller comes across as a dickhead and $6200 is too much to put up with the hassle! So No Dice because I wouldn’t want to deal with this guy and his boy-racer modifications.

I was in my early 20's and decided, due to deaths in my family and an unstable mind at the time, to take a solo road trip to western Canada. On the third day as I was leaving Thunder Bay I spotted this rather enormous and intimidating-looking hitch hiker ahead and I thought to myself - there’s no way anyone is going
