I’d love to grab one of those CBX’s.   We had a couple of them in the family when I was young, I never got a chance to drive it as they were gone before I was old enough to ride on the street, but was a passenger a few times.  Always liked that design.

Wow is that depressing on every level.

The whole catalytic converter stealing thing is irritating and would be frustrating and it would be nice if the police could figure out a way to curb this by making changes to how people get paid when selling these things.

However, this guy was sleeping in his truck (why?

Absolutely correct. I fly all too often, but just one time almost had a nervous breakdown over this very issue.

I’m in the window seat, a 90ish year old lady has isle, middle seat guy is 400-500 pounds and puts both arm rests up to sit down and takes half way into each of our seats. He should have been required to

Not a car I’d personally buy, but NP regardless. That was a surprisingly sweet motor. A friend had the Daytona Shelby with this motor he bought brand new maybe around 1990 or so. That was a really fun car at the time. I’d definitely rather have the Daytona over the LaBaron, the styling on those old Daytona’s I think

Not a surprising. Nikola Motors next?
Making money making cars and trucks is hard. Still think its a miracle Tesla pulled it off.

I think off-road training like that is super valuable for any motorcycle rider, even if you don’t ride off road, it will still make you a better and safer rider.

That being said, I don’t think riding that Pan America off-road looks fun at all. I think taking a class like that would kill me as I’d be dying to swap it

I want to wait until the year one launch bugs are sorted out, but year 2 they’ll probably expand the color option pallet, get their manufacturing sorted out, and this would be a perfect vehicle for what I need. Right now I’d opt for the bright blue or maybe the gray.

I occasionally need a truck bed, and this with about

I literally hate every single thing about this car and RR’s description of it, yoru article very well summed up how ridiculous this.

I would seriously be embarrassed to drive that car or ever open the insanely stupid tailgating setup in the back.

But it would be fun to see the reaction if you pulled up at your average

I have an irrational love for the 928, no doubt spurred by growing up with 80's movies. I actually like the styling of it better than an early 80's 911.
I don’t mind the brown color either.
Don’t like that the person didn’t bother to give any details at all as to its running condition and service history, etc. but

Exactly was super irritating, had to watch the time on the videos carefully and quick hit pause before it finished so it wouldn’t kick me to another page. Stupid Kinja garbage.

But fun article and videos otherwise, cool seeing how capable these are.

Agree, I’d likely be all over the Duke R or the Tuono 660 over this myself. I’d need to ride one, but I was so disappointed with the last Monster that I still have a sour taste in my mouth from it. The comments on the heat transfer concern me, as that made the last one almost unreadable.

I’m not really pro or against

I thought that was you Halpert.

I could see ease of use if you can’t fit a larger vehicle in your garage, but beyond that I don’t think there would be much of a difference. Whether its this or a medium or small sized (non Porsche) SUV, its still not going to be sporty or handle all that well and you drive it as such.

Exactly my thought when I read this. Its hard to find interesting color choices for most vehicles, those that have bright orange, yellow and reds as choices are going to be specific vehicles probably have a whole different depreciation. I was trying to think of what cars I’ve seen in recent years that are orange, or a

Yeah that’s exactly what I’ve found. I don’t “need” anything this big, but don’t gain anything really going smaller, the next size down of SUV’s have significantly less room and utility, but cost about the same and get about the same mileage. Even small SUV’s don’t get very good mileage unless they are a hybrid.

I like it, if nothing else for the green color and cool wheels and doesn’t seem likes it priced crazy compared to other Explorers for what you get.

Well it looks like the exhaust routing is maybe better now so it won’t burn your leg/thigh anymore? Losing 40 pounds certainly should change the feel and handling.
But does the motor still feel like a tractor and sound like one when it shifts?

I was sooo disappointed with the last gen of Monster, compared to other

I went ND based on gut alone with no research of what these currently trade for, having had many of these era of trucks in my family when I was a kid I don’t really have any nostalgia for them being anything great, they were always crappy work trucks, and this seemed like a half hearted restoration.
But yeah based on

I will not click on the video and watch even one second of it as I don’t want to contribute to his number of views.  But I’m sad for you that you endured that.

Too many wackos out there, and the Tesla hardcore fanboys scare me away from the brand to some degree.

Brand neutral - if these were de-badged and you had no preconceived brand preference - the Mach E is a drastically better looking vehicle. The model Y looks a bit like a shrunken minivan. I do think the Y looks a little better than the model 3, it carries the odd shape a little better, but neither are good looking. Whi
