Taarus... For Us!  Wow, that’s  an amazing commercial song.

1st Generation Ford Taurus. Looked like the space shuttle compared to the boxy cars that were normal of that era. Seemed super futuristic in comparison when it first came out.  Looking back at them now its hard to believe that seemed cutting edge, but it definitely seemed like it was at the time.

All Saab’s left on the earth should be burned, and the brand, name and memory of it should be erased and never discussed again.

I like this car, its in nice shape, and I’ve driven one of these before and it was fantastic to drive. However I’d still say ND unless you have David Tracy level of patience and wrenching fortitude. I do not.

These are just too much of a ticking time bomb, and the cost of the more than likely inevitable major work on

I get that I guess to some degree. But the closest MV dealer is 10 minutes from me and I haven’t been there in 2 years. I bought a battery and an oil filter on line for it and had shipped to my house. That’s the only parts I’ve needed.  But if I was having problems with it, I’m sure I would feel very differently.

I’ve had one for a couple years and it has been reliable and trouble free. If you can get one that is a year or two old and some other person has taken the steep depreciation from new its not a bad bike to own at all. I got a killer deal on mine brand new, was a carry over from a previous year.
It matches up well to

MV Agusta has the best looking stock exhaust systems in the motorcycle market hands down. Almost every bike I’ve owned the first thing I do is get rid of the awful looking factory exhaust, but haven’t touched the exhaust on my current MV and the exhaust looks fantastic on these. They live up to their “motorcycle art”

I like it, it doesn’t scream look at me I’m electric, but rather blends in with the Audi lineup which is what I prefer.  As the electric vehicle options keep growing they are starting to get more interesting and will likely sway me to get one for my next commuter car.

Obviously.  The comment wasn’t that they would have a .1% market share with this motorcycle.   Rather that .1% or less could actually maximize the performance capabilities of this or the standard Super Duke R.

I’ve only ridden the RC8 on the track but that gave me enough of a feel to know I wouldn’t want it for a street bike.  I do like the looks of it though.

Maybe I’m jaded (and an admitted KTM fanboy) but $30k doesn’t seem out of the realm of reason or only for the uber rich. Look how many people you see riding Harley’s that cost around that much.

But is it worth $12k more than a standard Super Duke R? Personally I don’t think so, very few would know the difference

Now I’m intrigued, what is a Runza?  I’ve driven through NE many times but I don’t recall ever stopping and haven’t seen that.  I usually try to go through Nebraska as quickly as I possibly can as that is usually the most boring stretch of that cross country route.  Would be ideal place for Tesla autopilot though, its

Have to agree with your coworkers and say sunflower seeds.

I never eat them at home, but they are essential for any longer road trip and the first thing I buy at my first gas stop. They keep you alert and awake as they take effort to eat and spit the shells out. They’ve probably saved my life in fact when I’ve been on

I like this car, and the price IF it wasn’t a buy back and have an accident history.  But with those two things along with a mystery dash light and an interior that looks rough for that mileage, ND, too much of a gamble with a car that could easily surprise you with needing a $20k repair.

Wheels are awful for sure, but that’s an easy fix. Body is decent, mileage isn’t bad for one of these. If it had a manual I’d say maybe, but with the automatic I’d pass at this price.

Exactly. Don’t punish the car for the idiot owners.  I’d impound the cars and make them pay insanely high fines to get them back or they go to auction.

Yeah, sorry meant Pontiac version. The brand is dying away from my subconscious I guess!

I always like the Sky, the Buick version was ok too but didn’t look as good.  How much did you pick yours up for?  They seem like a good value and a bit of hidden gem in that segment.

I’ve had 4 Honda/Acura’s that I kept until they were over 250k miles and were still running great when I sold them and the only major repairs were transmissions on two and clutches on the other two. One was dangerously rusty, but I still got $500 as it ran perfect, but the other three even still looked good when I
