You sweat when you sleep. Getting into your bed after being out for 15+ hours a day, you will sweat and you will be dirty that’s a fact. My point is, you don’t only sweat if you are at the gym or in the yard all day.

Everything is dirty in the world of course. Even a perfectly clean bed with new linen fresh out the drier still has germs on it. I’m just saying these people thinking that they only have to shower if they ever go to the gym (once a year if that) is disgusting and disturbing.

I shower in the morning and before bed. Even if you don’t work out, you still sweat and your body still picks up dirt and grime from outside/your surroundings, definitely not what you want in a clean bed. I can understand those who don’t shower in the morning but to not shower at night is pretty disgusting.
