Oh yeah. Take their license. That’ll stop them from driving. Sure. Tell me where that has ever worked because it sure as hell doesn’t around here.

Then you get the punishment, simple as that. 5th isn’t a get out of trouble free card.
I would imagine the government would say this is simply to factor in the reality that drivers are not precise robots behind the wheel and whether it’s looking away from the speedo for a second, hitting a downhill section of a road etc., occasional variation +/- a few MPH from the speed limit are normal and acceptable.
I thought it was well known that fast food and really any national food chain advertising uses camera tricks and props to make their items look bigger.
Not even getting screwed at all as far as I see it. This wasn’t happening bc of one single parking ticket, but multiple tickets that were being ignored. Actions have consequences.
“See, when the vehicles get towed, the city screws owners twice: Not only are they responsible for paying the total amount of parking fees they owe, they also have to pay for daily storage fees.”
Unfortunately, Marnie “F*ck The Gays” Shure has learned to live with the Bigot Chicken Trots.
If you’re still eating at CFA, despite how shitty their food is and how shitty their corporate donations are, you have no one but yourself to blame for the diarrhea.
It does become a security issue however when a passenger becomes unaccounted for in the airport. If they are on a late connection and miss that flight, they are accounted for. Just up and bailing out on the flight plans though? Where is this person? Are they going to come up to the counter later hoping to catch a…
They want the data and the ability to charge for features / subcriptions.
The thing that I always hated about those shows was how fake they are to the point of using actors as staff to create and carry narratives which may or may not exist in the establishment already.
Martin Brundle is the F1 ‘man on the street’ for Sky. He has the cred to talk about F1, not about pop culture. He should stick to his lane and focus on the teams and industry people. Let the celebs & hangers-on come to him if they want free publicity.
Brundle was in the wrong, but that’s a wild amount of speculation and projection on your part.
No, Waymo, this is not vandalism. There’s no damage being done. It’s making a point that driverless cars aren’t as smart as you think they are, and they’re doing their part to keep these cars off the road (at least temporarily) where they shouldn’t have been in the first place.
Well, the problem here is that the car is self driving, so it’s not ‘someone’s car’, there’s no one in it. The car belongs to a corporation that sends its robot cars out without a driver and many times those robot cars are getting stuck and causing accidents. Now the corporation wants to put MORE of those cars on the…
A machine that can cease functionality because someone took three seconds to put a traffic cone on it and then can only be restarted by having a third party physically come out to remove the cone seems like a machine that doesn’t need to be on the road to begin with.
Take your facts and logic somewhere else, this is the internet!
Oh, ffs. I’ll cite some actual numbers to provide context.
Here’s a study published in the journal Health Physics, measuring radioactivity of phosphogypsum piles. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1850391/.
The concentration of Radon-226 was found about 1.1 Becquerel per gram. One Becquerel is a single radioactive decay…
Second laziest... the most lazy-assed are the ones who order cooked burgers and dogs on uber eats.
Good job America.
