I wonder if this would have reviewed differently if it were called Mike & Nina’s Entry-Level Korean-ish BBQ and was decorated with printouts of the wikipedia page for Korean BBQ.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned from pickling red onions is that there are very few meals that don’t benefit from their presence, and the proper amount to have pickled is almost always slightly more than I did.
