I would guess that a large number of the new fans simply forget to unfollow when the new wears off. Much like YouTube channels that have a huge number of subscribers but the videos have a tiny number of views. How many email newsletters do you just delete instead of clicking to make them go away?

The folks that download every single one of the apps don’t care about the truths you are telling here. They are same demographic that is helping to destroy local restaurants with 3d party delivery.
