Help my ingnorance here. Seeing as it is a 2015 VW I can only assume (but of course not all are the case) there is a lien on the car. That said how can the LVPD legally sell the car at auction with no title? Shouldn’t they check the VIN and release the car to the lien holder? Plus shouldn’t the VIN also provide DMV…
