We have a few in Central VA that the State Police use to spot driving cell phone users . They are quite innocuous on the road until you are all lit up by one.

How can you forget it once you have seen it. It was so bad you could not look away. It is forever seared into my subconscious.

I have to ask. Rather than lifting the bucket which obviously wreacked havoc on what was left of it why didn’t the driver merely back up and drag it out?
