Wonder what would have happened if they named the brew after a rival school instead of after their own school. How much did MIT loyalty have to do with their liking MIT Brew?

can someone who's done this post a link to one? I have almost no idea what this is all about.
I used to work in a Western New York grocery store when I was in college. The guys there (not me) would call Code 9 or Code 10s, followed by an isle. This was there way of pointing out good looking women. I never had the guts to get on the pa system and do that, as I feared the manager would fire me.
@EvanSei (lord of the gerbils): You must have joined Lifehacker after they removed the link to their parent company's porn site, fleshbot.
But....but the Internet is FOR porn!
Just because you apply for, and get, a patent, doesn't mean you ever intend to use it. They may just be looking to patent stuff to prevent people from doing this in the future.
@thecman: "don't miss it one bit."
Jumper cables. Comes in handy for when I need them, or when someone else does.
@TheOtherHalf: But I love the TSA. I kiss the feet of every TSA officer I meet.
@davidr521: I go through security with nail clippers all the time with no problem.
I wonder what TSA would think of this? I can't see them complaining about it, but then again, it is the TSA.
@Tony Bologna: Still don't get it, but totally get the "to each their own" mentality. If that's what you want, great! Go for it. I just don't understand it. :)
I never understood the whole "make on OS look like another" thing. I want my Ubuntu to look like Ubuntu, and my Windows to look like Windows.
I love facebook because I'm now in touch with friends from long ago. I love FB Purity because it really cuts down on the crap. Number 11 for me would be AdBlock Plus. Gets rid of the ads on more than just FB.
Not sure what I pay for, and the website isn't much help. There are four plans, and the largest of them is "eXtreme". It "offers" 30MBs up and 5mbs down. I get a peak of around 16 or 17 up and 1 down. The next level down is only supposed to be 15 up, so I must have the extreme package.
@capitalH: Life is a gamble. You're rolling the dice that you won't get in a car accident, and you will be healthy. My point was that if you're already unhealthy, and have high medical costs BEFORE getting into this, you can't get into it.
@Naquiel: Glasses: www.zennioptical.com
So this sounds like something you can start if you're healthy, but if you are already ill, and taking very expensive meds (my wife's are about $1600 per dose every 2 weeks), you really can't get in on this.
@Wade McGillis: Interesting point. But an MP3 Player is digital, and you can use your iPhone as an MP3 Player as well. So, to me, the graphing calculator is still digital.
@Wade McGillis: A graphing calculator IS digital.
