You know, I love the idea of an iPad, and would have bought one if I were made of money, but the more I think about it, the more I think I would wait for the knockoffs.

How about a "I might/would, if I had the money for it" option.
@ajaxx20020001: I'm wondering what the differences are, as I think the interface looks suspiciously similar.
I follow the twitter account @wootoff, so when the item changes, I get a text on my cell telling me what it is. Not real time, but close enough for almost everything.
What an awful instructable. Sorry, but the instructions in it aren't clear. and it is very poorly written.
@SpriteMV: Just last year I got a free copy of TurboTax fed in the mail, and tried it out. It came up with the same exact number that TaxAct came up with. I've used TaxAct for about seven years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I got my Fed refund direct deposited about a week after e-Filing with TaxAct this year.
I got my (Fed) refund about one week after e-Filing.
I did the calculator, and it said I should have 8. I checked my paystub, and it says I have 9. I still got back a ton of money this year.
VOTE: TaxAct
I don't know how I did it, so don't ask, but I got my federal return direct deposited in my account one week after I e-Filed.
So, it's not really a sixth sense. Just a new fold in the sense of taste.
@anAbsoluteLegend: Given the obvious cost of the furniture in this picture, I'm guessing the person is living in a neighborhood where crime isn't rampant, and/or they can afford to pay for an alarm system. Obviously there is MONEY in that room.
@infmom: Sometimes that's the case. I've had flights come up with a 15 minute layover. No way I'm making that connection, so I just pass on those. Usually I'll have at least an hour layover, no matter where I go or what hub I'm flying through. If I am working in NYC, however, I can get the first flight out of…
This really doesn't work if you are not flying to a hub. I live in Buffalo, which is really just an overgrown regional (Kevin may disagree, so I'll just say YMMV). Flying from there to a hub like Atlanta is super easy, but try flying to someplace like Hartford, CT, or El Paso, TX. You have to fly into a hub to…
I just look over my shoulders when I change lanes. Even if I see something in the mirror, I'll still look over my shoulder to see what else is there if I'm planning a lane change.
I tried it, and it didn't work. Must have done something wrong.
I find that people are suspicious of you in a meeting if you're typing. They suspect you're doing something other than typing. I really want one of those notebook things that puts your handwritten notes into your computer, but I'm too cheep.
@Tsylord: I thought you had to be 13 to be on facebook.
There is a certain amount of money that goes back to the publisher and author after all expenses (printing, shipping...) have been covered. I would expect that the money they make there would be the same as the money they make in an electronic version, and I would pay that. Problem is, I don't know how much that…
I don't think you can actually call any bird feeder squirrel-proof. It's a law or something.
