In Pa i drove around the strip mall the DMV was located in, backed into a space a Winnebago could have easily fit into and then drove back to front of the DMV, the test was maybe 5 minutes and some of that was waiting for the tween ahead of me trying to reverse a land rover.

Well if she does fall at least her head will be kept whole

i really didn't

Before the tower was built the City had a choice, either give tax abatement's or let Comcast leave the city along with all of the tax revenue they generate (Wage tax etc) (Other city's would happily give tax incentives to a company Comcasts size), the city made the only choice they could.

What does Comcast building a skyscraper have to do with the warzone that is North Philly? Should business not expand because there are some poor areas?

Not sure the Kurd's would agree with that

Where did this Spraying dirt to intimidate BS start? I see it mentioned all over deadspin and Jalopnik.

A person is driving a car down a street at less than the speed limit, someone darts out onto the street and gets hit and dies, there is nothing at all the car driver could do. Your saying the driver gets charged?

This article does nothing but feed the trolls. More inane nonsense

Google "Accidental Death" please

The video shows a side view of someone getting run over, there is not anywhere near enough information to say if it is accidental, intentional or something else

You mean the era where there were no tag teams that drew a fucking dime

Maybe they meant Gazza?

No Mythos yet?

People of the world unless you own a car that is sponsored by Gulf or Martini don't paint it like them, it rarely works and usually looks pretty crappy.

PPD uses mostly Impala's these day's, there are a few old style Explorer's roaming around and the odd Fusion/ Taurus looking thing.

Does anyone under the age of 50 drive Buick's? I am all for bringing the hatches over but sticking a Buick badge on it will kill it dead

Whats that now?

Most recently this, not something you see everyday in Philly
