Truth. Bad DPS and tanks can squeak by. Healers won’t progress the main story dungeons if they can’t keep their parties alive.

GRAAAH this so much. I think healers suffer from this least because it’s really freaking obvious when they are underperforming. Bad tanks can be supported by a good healer and bad DPS will just make the fight go slower, but a bad healer will get everyone killed. And even then they might blame everyone else.
