So yeh, it’s standard to other industry pricing

Hoo boy, I havnt really been enjoying the output over the past year or so but if that's the reason she was let go this is a really bad sign...

Probably not the most obvious one but as a wholely personal choice my favourite is his role as Keith David in Saints Row IV

Dont even need to be snarky here...apparently the wrong place at the wrong time is outside of his fucking home.

Lets be real though if you somehow managed to get 7 buddies around a TV you're probably not in it for a serious match, I'm sure the beers and shenanigans would be flowing.

Before I was properly into comics, as a teen there’s a couple of times I would go into a book store and pick up an interesting looking trade for the heck of it. I had a random X-Men book and crossover book doing this.

This wasn’t just a games website when I saw people complaining like this 10 years ago and it’s not going to start now.

Its real dumb, and kinda scary, that they have to lead the charge.

    Then I'm even more suprised

Im kinda suprised they used the same beep for PS5 as they did for PS4. Its a little bit shrill, especially compared to the more pleasant Xbox noise.

I don’t. The accusations here seem to be that this dude’s committed a criminal act and the best we got is they have to spend money to defend themselves and then they’ve made losses, so sue him right back!

And apparently that’s the best system we could come up with. The law is dumb.

Oh for sure, they know what they are doing within the confines of the law, that's why I'm blaming the law itself.

I kinda feel like the authorities are the ones that should be investigating crimes. But apparently we’ve got ourselves into a state where that’s only going to happen if you counter sue first. Lucky Activision taht they can afford it right!?

Yep. Its what I would consider a criminal act. And yet apparently the only way the law will solve this is to sue him right back. Its dumb.

Yeh and fraud is a criminal act, yet apparently the only recourse our law system has come up with settling this situation is just back and forth suing each other, which is a “who has the best resources wins” situation.

Agreed. But it’s just a baffling situation that this needs to be the response to this...I’m not smart enough to come up with a better solution....but it's real dumb!

Understood. But the idea that this is the responsibility of a sued party to get "justice" for this frivolous lawsuit is....wild.

Im confused, if you're aware of this why is it a "dumb comment"?

God the law is dumb...the accusation here is this guy sued them unfairly and the answer is not to just say “no, you’re wrong, you get nothing” it’s to sue them right back.

    Not really.
