I would make a case for The Legend of Korra making the list. Lavish world building combined with writing that was adult in the best possible way.

It really is a world of its own. It’s not so much a historical reenactment of the ‘60s as a deconstruction of a particular idea of the ‘60s.
I kind of agree. I was hooked the first time around, but haven’t watched the repeats. But that first time around? Wow.....
The odds are good. It’s amazing how quickly people change their tune about redistributing the wealth when it’s their wealth that’s going to be redistributed.
And the boomers are hard at work killing everything the Millenials love, so it all evens out.
And who also proclaimed that “Property is theft.”. Of course, once they got a little property of their own, they changed their tune.
Ironically coined by the generation that is now moaning about “kids today”
Not even close.
I know. It’s almost like people are individuals who can’t always be fit into nice simple categories.
And there’s really no need for anyone who’s had “OK Boomer” on them to take offense. It’s an admission that rational argument has ended, and they have conceded the argument to you. It’s Godwin’s Law 2.0

There’s a Popeye’s here in Calgary, and I managed to order a chicken sandwich about a month ago with no bloodshed. I have to say, it was a pretty good sandwich, though I’m not sure I’d stab anyone over it.
No kidding.
And yes, moaning about “kids today” is stupid. They were saying the same thing about the boomers when they were that age. Heck, they were griping about it in Plato’s time.
And if any of them feel hard done by, consider that in the ancient times, if you were part of the ruling class that so many of them identify with, when there was trouble, not only would you be expected to raise an army out of your own pocket, but you would also have to be at the front of it, dressed up in nice bright…
