Whoa dude, spoilers. I realize it’s a couple years old, but since it is VR a lot of people still haven’t played it.

It’s looks very very realistic, and if I wasn’t pay close attention I could easily mistake it for real video, but it does ultimately still look rendered. Although maybe this is just an issue of visual acuity.

Huh. I literally thought they just didn’t bother with a combat tutorial this time haha Completely forgot about that pit that I ran right past.

Nothing wrong with the profile animations, they are well done, and I’m sure the game will be fun unless they change how it plays significantly from the originals. I specifically mean the models/animations of the actual units. They all look like they are made of plastic, and the animations lack weight.

When I saw the advance wars section I thought, “Maybe now that it’s been a second since I first saw it, I’ll realize my initial reaction to the visual style was misplaced.

Nope it still looks like one of those ads for a mobile game that complete misrepresents what the game actually is.

Wow, Crane was one of my go-to’s and now it feels kind of ruined.

Goddamn. Wish I could have played *that* game. Infinite was fine (not really onboard with the critical consensus, personally), but the game the concept art is for looks fucking awesome.

Good thing wages have gone up alongside inflation.

I love Dragon Age will all of my heart and there is no chance the next installment will be any good.

It will never not be weird to me that courts can essentially make you stand in front of the class and tell them why what you did was wrong.

I would support them making a new kind of game but if they still enjoy making games in the Souls-like formula, there isn’t yet a good reason for them to stop. They improve and try new things with every single game, and every game has had positive critical reception. When they put up a stinker or two we can start…
