I’ve said it in previous posts and I’ll reiterate it here; I’m actually the complete opposite in opinion and the prior generation Type R is really growing on me.

I don’t have any problem with the Supra. At least it is a sports car. My problem with the Integra is that it could be any other car that Acura (or any other manufacturer) makes. Sure, a manual transmission and bright colors are getting increasingly rare, but otherwise you could get everything the Integra will offer…

A thousand times this. if you’re going to try and profit from the nostalgia of an old nameplate, you better be prepared to meet or exceed the expectations of what the older product means to people. Did the Integra come in a 5-door flavor? Yes. Is that what people remember and love when they think “Integra”? Nope.

Also please stop trying to defend the new Integra - we dont like it and this is now the 2nd for sure “article” on this site blaming the readers and wondering what is wrong with us.
