Ah, I guess they figured no one would want to download something that large perhaps.

Not possible in most office environments I've ever worked in.

Yeah I was unimpressed by this too. It's not simply an addon but must access the internet or it doesn't do anything, apparently. Uninstalled it.

"a silent portrait of our planet captured with exquisite 4K cinematography"

Yes we can blame this guy. He wasn't scamming the retailers to bump up the size of his collection because he loved Lego so much but just to resell it at a profit.

So didn't any of you take biology in school? If not, what kind of biology did you get that didn't include looking at water through a microscope?

Just make sure you live in a country that has universal health care coverage.

I'm not sure what you mean by again? It hasn't devolved in interestingness. It's exactly as interesting as it's ever been. That is, as interesting as any game that absolutely nothing happens in it is interesting.

I'm sure there are many reasons to can beer rather than bottle beer but I can't think of any reasons to drink it from a can (or from a bottle for that matter).

I notice they're all 4 digits. Is that also an indication of the lack of ingenuity and that they could chose more but they don't? Or are 4 numbers all you're allowed? If you're only allowed 4 digits then quibbling about a lack of security because of the choice of those 4 numbers is just silly.

So something far away appears small and insignificant. OK.

"His description of the surreal experience is incredible."

So you'd need to be in the market for a whole lot of trinkets in one year for this to be worthwhile. I guess I'm a different kind of person than these researchers were looking at. I don't really buy that much plastic stuff which is all the consumer devices can print with as far as I know.

Well Haroon is trying to make money with this thing I'm sure. Tasteless and/or inappropriate cartoons for the purpose of making money are not that uncommon.

I found it interesting that they showed a picture of a dung beetle when he referred to the pollinators. Dung beetles don't lay their eggs in the corpse of an animal so it seems unlikely that a dung beetle would pollinate this flower.

"Mammatus clouds, which basically means cloud pouches (the bubbles) that hang underneath the base of a cloud"

This idea was spoofed in Futurama with Einstein and Hammurabi dancing to disco in a hot air balloon. Hammurabi's use of "Dyno-mite!" like JJ Walker from Good Times adds another note of dissonance. The idea being that people in 3000 will not really know the proximity of famous personages and memes to one another and

I have to say I wasn't really looking at the graphs but looking at the video and they seemed pretty close to one another. That is, I didn't think one was much better than the other or rather I couldn't tell which was better by just looking at them.

That was my thought too. If you need your phone to record video you can get little bendy stands that will hold it upright at any angle you want if you don't want to just lean it against something. In a pinch a lump of playdough will do the same thing for you.
