I think the idea is to examine the motivations underlying your goals, and to be ready to modify your goals in order to achieve the same effect. Scratch any goal, and there's some feeling-based goal behind it: you want to feel secure, or proud, or healthy, or adored, or whatever.

Ha, other commenters have already eluded to this, but the video is over 4 minutes. I would love it if every instructional video showed how to do it at full speed right from the beginning, and then slowed things down afterwards for the people who still care.
