Has Margaret Atwood written anything uplifting?

The last book I ordered from Amazon allowed me to read the book online until the physical copy arrived. I thought that that was mighty cool of them.

I have always admired the president. I gave this book a shot. No dice. I did start to care about the main character after a while, but without something else to compel me forward, I put it away.

This is most self-centered prick other than that piece of shit who is the author of The Sword of Truth series. I*hope* he dies before completing it.

I’m 35 and I have an ereader. I prefer real books, though. My Nook only gets a new book on it every once in a while, whereas I continue to buy real books left and right.
