Well, I’m on my 2nd 2018 Tiguan (1st one got totaled) and I’m 1005 happy with it. You know the one thing that I never even thought about when I started my research? 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. Airbags all over? Check. Plenty of space? Check. Safety features? Check. Decent MPG? Check. I was on a VW forum about 8 months

Please give us an example. Thanks.

If I were walking down the street or in that crosswalk, could I have shot at them and said that “I feared for my life?” Asking for a friend.

I was waiting for the “if you had just invested in...” comment.

Young Joaquin does not approve of this hit piece. He just wants to hang out in the back seat and be left alone.

CSW! Wow! What a zinger!

My first car (well, me and moms!) was a 1985 SR5. She came to pick me up at school one day, jumps out of the car, and sits in the passenger seat. I asked “what are you doing?” She said “You’re about to learn how to drive a stick or embarrass yourself in front of your friends.” No pressure! I rode that clutch like a

This should get an automatic nice price from Jalops. Knobs! Dials! Technology bad!

I actually love this idea. I’ve bought 2 or 3 cars where I later said “I wish I would have gone for xxx option.” Now imagine having everything baked in and you can pay for it as you wish. Going on a bunch of road trips? Activate level 4. Done road tripping? Deactivate. This is no different than satellite radio.

Lol. I didn’t even think of that. “Here Son. Enjoy this 1990 Probe GT. Love ya!”

Don’t worry, jalops will still complain about modern “safety features” and missing the great cars from the 90's.

Fresh take.

Probably don’t look if you roll yourself and your beer belly up in there either. :)

Yeah, it’s just something else for people to lie about and whine about.

Nah. All touchscreens for me. I do find it amazing that ever single driver on Jalopnik never takes their eyes off of the road for not even 1 nanosecond once they start driving.

I had this exact car and had the recall done twice. I’ll give Honda credit for absolutely hounding me the 2nd time around, because it had been 3 months since they sent out notification of the 2nd recall. I got snail mail, emails, phone calls. They did their job.

Man, I can’t even remember what I had for dinner last night. Trying to figure out all of the cars and motorcycles I’ve purchased over the past 25 years?

Nah, it FUCKING rules!

You will truly be missed.
