In my experience? Someone who has their windshield wipers on full speed when it’s barely drizzling out. That’s how I know to keep an eye on them and give them a wide berth.

I’ve grown to really dislike the term “tranny” for transmission. Just don’t like how it sounds. I usually just say “trans.”
