Just treat it like each article is the episode of a dystopian, post-apocalyptic show. Where a couple recurring characters show up to look down on us from their ivory towers of perfection every few episodes. They know who they are.

The first season had at least one terrible episode as I recall, with awful Chinese stereotypes. I’m pretty sure the show had more bad episodes than good ones overall.

I’m not sure why “The Waldo Moment” gets so little love. I think it is perhaps the most prescient of all _Black Mirror_ episodes so far.
