Matt Shankman’s direction for Disenchanted was definitely.. not great. Having the original director might have helped actors not look directly into the camera when singing ahhhh.

We watched Spirited last night - there is 1000% more care put into the musical numbers in that movie than Disenchanted cared to do.

My wife and I thought the movie was fine. I agree with most of the points in the review - and in your take! - but yeah, not a D+. C?

I agree that Morgan’s issues were pretty real and not over the top. Giselle was absolutely trying to help, but making things worse, and couldn’t see that. Not sure that actually got

This isn’t surprising. A lot of first-party games have issues on the Switch - I think everyone was just too lenient on it in the beginning because of the fascination with the device. We had frame rate issues from the beginning with the Lost Woods in BOTW.

Mario+Rabbids Sparks of Hope has frame rate drops too, but that

Horizon: Forbidden West went overboard with the sheer amount of different items you needed to craft, especially with all the different “weakness” arrows, weapons, etc (frost, poison, fire, etc). Not to mention fetch quests to get gear. I gave up even worrying about it about halfway through.

Disney World is struggling for employees even though they pay some of (if not the) best starting rates in Florida. I’m not sure what that says. I guess part of it is even with the increase in wages, the enormous jump in housing prices and rents over the past year made it still not enough to live on. That’s not really

I remember the “beloved” Bob Iger saying Disney would keep raising prices as long as people kept paying for it somewhere back in 2014-2015. This is definitely not a new issue or a Chapek issue.

Of course Elon can access everything in her account whenever he wants, even with it deactivated. Probably even when it’s “deleted” in 30 days. He can access everyone.

Now playing

Okay woah woah. If we are going to start going around proclaiming alpha nerds, then I at least need to see a cage fight between Henry Cavill and Dan Radcliffe.

And/or I need to see Cavill do this

I think you mean Stubbs. And he’s gonna get his god damn sandwich.

Liam Hemsworth? Liam? More expensive than Cavill? That’s unlikely.

In terms of Hemsworth salaries, he’s probably 4th.

1. Chris
2. Chris’ daughter
3. Chris’ wife
4. Liam, the “other” Hemsworth
5. The other, other Hemsworth

To be fair, it’s now Monday morning and Trump still isn’t back. Somehow.

My wife and I watched Wendell & Wild on Friday and it’s.. not great. Hard to explain why. A few things that came to mind are that there is a lot going on, and the story isn’t that great in general. Also some of the voice acting is, rough. It’s a little disappointing that he spent years working on that for the final

Ah, because animals stuck in the animal control/shelter system sure make for a fun comedic situation..

I imagine that, somewhere in Bloomberg’s ivory tower, Jason is currently salivating at the prospect of writing about how Blizzard’s scrappy underdog game lost its soul and became an Activision mess.

I’m surprised he’s that into both the lore and this show, because they are definitely not one and the same. I’ve read LOTR, Hobbit and the Silmarillion (but not the appendices, who reads those), but don’t consider myself -that- into it and can enjoy this show for what it is, even with its faults. I’d rather be

If it helps, you can use your Xbox Game Pass on the Steam Deck with a few minutes of work :D

Hey man, can I suggest you check your blood sugar and maybe go eat a hamburger because you are unreasonably angry at people just wanting to enjoy food.

My Steam Deck has 100% replaced my Switch for indie games. And it helps that I know those games will stick around on Steam - who knows what the next Nintendo system will support.

I don’t think Chris Pratt is really a voice actor - IE someone who can change their voice for different characters. So him being in more and more animated films is just, weird.

I mean, this was shadow-dropped onto the Switch right? Bethesda knew exactly what kind of turd it had.
