It’s apparently $10 (I think) for the Battle Pass, and then you can buy a tier of the Battle Pass. Apparently doing that all the way to 80 is somewhere around $120. Yeah. Every 9 weeks.

Not having a store to get PC parts from is miserable (Best Buy doesn’t count), so if GameStop can pull it off it will be good. Oh man, Lee’s. I can’t tell you how many times I had them delivered when I was in college near Philly and playing WoW all night. I didn’t realize they a chain like that because they don’t advertise as such

I only found a Potbelly when I used to live outside of Philly. It was good though and I enjoyed getting by sub toasted. 

These three episodes were fine.. but some day I’d like a new Star Wars series that isn’t crammed in between other continuity. Give me a fresh story that I don’t know the ending of!

I really enjoyed the first game. And the bosses it in were hilarious and unique. I’ve had the gold edition of this on preorder (I know, I know) and can’t wait.

Blizz stopped content updates (mostly) on Overwatch 1 to focus on 2, and then that game took 5 years to come out. New heroes/maps/cosmetics are the lifeblood and when those stopped showing up (or did show up, but more infrequently), attention started to drift.

Loot boxes were just cosmetics too though - so doing that on battle passes would be a 1:1 replacement - with the advantage of people actually knowing what they were paying for. I have actually not played games with battle passes up until now. But as a big Overwatch 1 fan, I’ve been thinking about how to successfully manage completing battle passes every 2-3 months while playing other games, and life.
