That is the way I watch it as well. Most people forget the creator of this show is also the script writer behind Memento - Jonathan Nolan. Attention to detail is something the Nolan’s pride themselves on. There are always gaffs, but major story-lines all have a purpose in the maze.

I think you had the right to complain, and so should everyone else who ordered something with a “promised” delivery dates. Delays can also happen when a carrier just inputs it was delivered, but waits to the next day. Amazon PRIME service still hinges on it’s FREE 2-day delivery. When we allow it to slide to 3, 4 or 5…

Even though I agree with your assessment, it is very difficult to measure productivity.
