You have no idea how many of my friends I've been bothering with my freak outs lately.

That post terrifies me. As a willful denial of impending tragedy, I hope the consequences are more Peridot. Peridot is great now. How about Lapis, too? Lapis would be a great consequence!

STEVEN UNIVERSE THREAD

EDIT: I stand corrected. Apparently there was a 13-episode order tacked on to season 1, but the superb-quality episodes have been going on for much longer than would have been covered just by that.

"…lore-rich, emotionally deep episodes…"

This couldn't happen at a better/worse time (depending on whether the reviewers want to keep up with the output). The Crewniverse announced yesterday that they'll be showing six of the remaining nine episodes of the season over the course of the next week.

An update! Last week, I was in this thread, expressing anxieties about my new (and first) relationship, and I couldn't tell whether they were legitimate concerns or just my tendency to over analyze and worry.

I missed out on most of this thread, but I have to come in here just to agree that Pearl was absolutely adorable in that sweater. Garnet, the "Cool Dad," was also rocking the jacket.

Well, as a college sophomore, I stumbled into my first relationship last week. It's a bit awkward- we aren't quite going out as much as we're just occasionally making out [EDIT: We both have some possible uncertainties, so for now we've agreed that we're just sort of trying it out], and I'm worried about a few things.

That bot is legitimately one of the creepiest things I've seen in the past few days.

Natty, that's terrible! (I'm laughing forever)

Of course it was Pearl. Not only was it a tragic irony, but she's so easily the most fragile of the gems. Her overconcern for Steven's safety and overriding need for his approval are some of her greatest flaws, but also why I think she's the best.

I know it had its own thread and review, but how great was Pacifica's character development in that episode? That carpet-stomping was so joyful!

They are absolutely amazing. What I loved so much was the quiet, beautiful moment at the end of the episode. You don't see such peaceful stuff often in kids' shows, and it gave me an amazing warm feeling when it ended.

Okay, but how do you feel about Bender porno?

Just Watch The Damn Movie, Internet!

In the words of a deranged triangle, Gravity Falls, it is GOOD to be back!

I adore Mike, so I hope that his curmudgeonliness will be able to reach the levels of satisfaction in Saul that it did whenever he told Walter to fuck off.

Stuck in a tent with such a family, being forced to sing "John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt"? That young boy was the real victim.

Congratulations, Drake. Your mixtape cover looks like the Chik-Fil-A cow's suicide note.
