Targas really need to make a comeback. So much complications in a retractable hardtop. Two glass (or carbon!!) panels, not so much. 

Yeah, but a mystery plane meant to drop microsatellites on unknowable intervals may be the machine that they would plan for that much fuel. Just wondering.

Would an F-35 Growler EW plane be that big of a burden? It seems like EW equipment could be packaged and fitted without that much effort (to ‘lil ole me)
